Delivery and Payment

• Delivery:
• Delivery to all cities is carried out by Yandex.Delivery via courier or to a pickup point.
• 1. Products from the catalog (in stock) - After placing and paying for your order, they are shipped within 1-2 business days.
• 2. Custom-made kits - Products created according to a custom request are shipped as soon as they are ready. Production timelines are agreed upon with the client upon order confirmation. Delivery within Balashikha is free.
• – Tracking and parcel receipt - After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information and the tracking number.
• – Documents required upon receipt - The courier must present identification. At pickup points, identification and a unique code will be required, which will be included in the delivery service notification.
• – Product quality and inspection - All technical and consumer specifications of products can be clarified with a manager prior to purchase. The delivery service does not provide advice on product properties and is not responsible for their assessment. Upon receipt, please inspect the product to ensure it matches the description and is free of mechanical damage. Claims related to damage occurring after receipt of the goods will not be considered.

• Payment

Orders on the website are paid for online through a secure payment system. After placing your order, you will be redirected to the payment page, where you can select a convenient payment method. Upon successful payment, a receipt is automatically sent to your email address. Payment is due in full upon checkout.

• Returns and exchanges

1. Products from the catalog (in stock)
Catalog items include standard jewelry models, presented in a single color (monocolor), with no customization options for design, color, or composition. These items are presented on the website without any customization.

These items are not customized and are supplied ready-made.

Returns and exchanges of these items are possible under the following conditions:
• the item has not been used
• the product is in its original condition and complete.

Returns are processed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."

2. Custom-made products

Custom-made sets and jewelry (including those customized with color, design, and parameters agreed upon with the customer) are considered products with unique properties.

In accordance with the Russian Federation Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" (Article 26.1), such products are non-returnable, as they can only be used by the specific buyer.

Once an order has been placed and the product has been put into service, cancellation is not possible.

If an order is refused at the pickup point or upon delivery, the product will be returned to the seller. However, refusal to accept the order will not be grounds for a refund.

Placing an order confirms the buyer's agreement to these terms and conditions.

Exchange and Quality Guarantee

If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the buyer has the right to contact the seller to resolve the issue.

If the defect is confirmed, the product will be:
• repaired, or
• replaced with a similar product

• The product will be returned to the seller for review. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from operation, mechanical impact or violation of the rules of use.
